Replacement Policy

We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to let us know of any issues, damages, or malfunctions. If you receive one of our items that were damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), you will need to contact us by filling out the contact form on our website. We will gladly coordinate with you on shipping out a replacement!

This replacement policy applies to all of our products except for the following exclusions:

  • Restored Oil Rain Lamps
    • When you purchase a fully restored oil rain lamp from RainLampGuy, it comes with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers the pump ONLY. Unfortunately, because these rain lamps are older - we cannot offer any type of warranty on the rain lamp themselves.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns for any of our products. We will gladly replace any item that does not work as intended, as stated in the 'replacements' section above. Our products are mainly consumable (rain oil) and cannot be returned to us in sellable condition. This also applied to our replacement pumps - we cannot accept returns for our pump replacements if they have already been installed.
